Has anyone heard from "Leah", "Mish", "Mark", "Uri" or anyone lately? I just find it kind of funny, and at the same time confirming, that there has not been anyone from that side of things that has said anything about what has gone on. Has "Mish" made a miraculous recovery and has gone into remission? Has "Leah" hire a controller for her company? Is "Leah" in Ireland, or Israel? Did it rain in Haifa today, with no rain on the weather forecast, or even reported in the news? Something, anything?

How about something from Matthew? Has he heard anything from anyone, or has everyone just disappeared?

Just noticed this morning that the "Mish Weiss" Twitter page has been removed. The page was once located at http://twitter.com/mish_ultimatum. This was done within the past hour of this posting, 10:50 MST.

There is also the intentional infliction of mental anguish and nervous shock. This is a common law principle that evolves with time, and an argument could be made that stressing the community out with invented diseases via blog is a tort under this category. Probably not criminal, but a good lawyer could get some damages. In any event it would kick off proceedings that would at least bring a motion to force Google to release some particulars so that serving the statement of claim can be effected.

I've set up a google address where people can send info (I'm actually a Canadian lawyer) and I believe Google can be served in Canada. Will double check. Cary, I'll probably need an affidavit from you. Whoever else is willing to swear an affidavit, it would help. Basically we need to show internal inconsistencies in Mish and/or Leah's story. Of course before issuing the claim, we would need to appeal to Google through their internal procedures.

Blog fraud can have serious anguishing effects on people.

I believe what they are referring to, was like what was in the L.A. Times article, about the woman in Illinois faking the birth of a child with health issues. Again, I am not endorsing, nor am I opposing, what this person has said, but I did think it warranted acknowledgement.

I have been asked several times, both on this blog and in email, to post the pictures that I have been sent of Leah Friedman, Mish Weiss and others. I have decided to go ahead and post a few that both I have received, and that have been sent to me be others, whom were to have been sent these from both "Leah" and "Mish". Mish Weiss Cancer Blog Gone

I was not aware, but I was informed by Gruven_Ruven, that the Mish Weiss Cancer Blog located at http://mishweiss.blogspot.com/ is now no longer private, and has been removed completely from existence.

Just to head it off at the pass, because I know it will come up, NO I had nothing to do with the removal of that blog.

Searching For The Weiss's

I was contacted by someone that has been following the Leah/Mish story for quite some time and have been involved, to a point, in asking for prayer for these two individuals. Being curious themselves about this whole ordeal they offered to do some investigating into the death of the parents of Mish Weiss. If this could be proved as this did happen then this would at least be one thing that would be verified and so the others were at least a "possibility".

After doing a fairly thorough search of state death records that spanned a 4 year period, as the exact dates are unknown, nothing could be found. I have posted, with their permission the communications from them below.

I figured out how to narrow the search down and in the years of 1990-1994 there are 193 Weiss deaths in the New Jersey area. All of them are in at least their seventies, I would think too old to be her parents.

There were a few that could have been the right age for her parents, but the deaths were in the wrong months and didn't correspond to each other. I will check for deaths New York later today.

OK-I just finished looking at the New York records for the SSDI. From 1990-1994 there were 612 deaths with the Weiss name(that spelling & the program makes allowances for vairations-WEISE, WISE,WEIS & even a VON WEISS in there ). The results are pretty much the same as the New Jersey deaths for April the least age was 68 with most of them being in their 70's, 80's & 90's.

I have not divulged this information as if it was true I didn't feel it was appropriate for this public forum. Seeing as how so many things are pointing to "Leah" not really being Leah, and all the other characters not being who they are said to have been, then I feel quite confident that this is not as it is as well.

It has come to my attention that Leah has started a private blog and instead of posting to people in this private blog proof of her existence she has chosen to try to prove to everyone how "mean" I was to her, and what a bad person I am. She has been posting select chats within the past month to do this. What she fails to mention is that during this time I have been all but fed up with the 10 month long secrecy campaign and tired of the lies.

As the existence of not one single person can be verified, even from people that were told to me and others by Leah to have met these people face to face, ie. Uri, Marc, Al, I feel that posting the following is "kosher", pardon the pun, as these people do not exist, then what was supposed to have happened does not exist either. I have not posted this information before, simply because if this was true it is not something that should be posted on the internet.

So with this being a crime, this information should be readily available with both the IDF, as this person was said to be in the military and was later said to be in a military prison, as well as this should be part of public record. I implore anyone with access to this type of information to see if this is true. The person that was said to have done this is known as "Golan" and this is said to have happened on Saturday March 21, 2009.

This is what I have been talking about all along. This is a person that has made up stories everywhere from heart surgeries, someone having cancer, to being raped, with no regard to people that this ACTUALLY HAS HAPPENED TO. I have known women that have been raped, my own grandfather (the person I was I closest to in my life) died of cancer in December of 2008. What this person has done is spit in the face of people that have actually had things like this happen to them, and the people that loved and cared for these people. I am not asking anyone to agree with me, and I am not asking anyone to visit this site. If you don't like what you see, go away, no one is making you come here. You do not have to agree with me, your opinion does not matter to me.

My intent is to make people aware of what this person(s) are doing so that someone else is not duped into believing the false stories that are being told. If me being slandered and attacked for doing that, the so be it.

Video Killed The Radio Star

It has been brought to my attention that it is being said that Leah has spent many hours on Skype video with me, and has been telling people that I had told her that I was the only one that she was "allowed" to be "on cam" with. The following is an excerpt from a conversation with "Al Friedman" about that very same thing. This conversation took place on March 22, 2009.

Judy Caylor

For all that have been following along the name Judy Caylor has come up. This person was told me to be the mother of Erie, whos blog can be found at http://mookiesmadness.blogspot.com/. This person was also supposed to have adopted both Tommy and Mason many years ago. This is a little strange as I have been told that Judy Caylor, or "Jude", was actually Leahs father's half sister, and in between having major heart surgeries as well, was a back up singer for Seal.

This is not the first time that Seal has been brought into the picture as Leah sent me an audio file where she and Seal were singing a duet. Funny thing is that it sounds like Leah singing and while a Seal song is being played on a stereo. I will see if I can find a .mp3 player plug-in and upload this as soon as I can.

Who Is Leah Friedman...?

That is the question I would like to have answered. In addition to that, who is Mish Weiss, Marc Ben David, Uri Cohen, Al Friedman and the many other friends and family to Leah? For the past 10 months I have, at one time or another asked this question to myself, as well as many others have done. This is a place for us, all that care to at least, to try to put together the pieces.

If you have had communication with Leah Friedman, or Mish Friedman, in the past and would like to share your story, good or bad, please feel free to leave it in the comments section of this blog and it will be posted. All comments, positive or negative will be posted, however any threatening of one person or another will not be tolerated, as well as accusations without documented proof that these events happened. This blog is about finding out who toyed with emotions, played with people's sympathies and who seemed to have made a mockery of people's basic will and desire to care and support someone in times of need.
